In line with UK and EU consumer law, once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, the 14‑day cooling‑off period no longer applies.
For this reason, all Calm Back digital product sales are final.
1. Exceptions
We will provide replacements, fixes, or re‑delivery if a file is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, or fails to download as intended.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
